LINE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION OF EACH PART
1. Hydraulic decoiler
Motor power opens steel coil, and hydraulic power expands steel coil inner diameter.
1) Machine frame :welding structure with shot blasting treatment
2) Description: Put the coil to the mandrel, the hydraulic cylinder will tighten
the coil. Start the machine, the hydraulic motor will drive the mandrel at
first, then the steel sheet will be released.Take the sheet to the forming rollers
and it will move automatically while the rollers run.
3) The light control is used to adjust the speed of releasing .
4) Decoiler control cabinet and hydraulic station are all within the machine
5) The decoiler is single head model, max loading capacity: 5000kg

Adopting guiding bar and sliding block to control the width and position of the steel sheet. The sheet is guided in the correct position and runs to the roll forming equipment.

3. Main roll former:
Main roll former outer style is single forming stand.The transmission system includes main motor, chain, gear and chain wheel.All working actions were control by electric cabinet.
1) Machine frame: welding structure with blasting treatment.
2) The roller is made by high quality no.45 steel with hard chrome-painted.The
roller is designed by professional software, and all rollers dimension are
3) Roller inner supporting structure type: single forming stand.
4) Planetary gear speed reducer motor driven, back/forward roller driven by
chain, part of upper/lower rollers driven by gear. Main motor power about
6KW(According to actual design)
5) Adjust the screw bar manually to adjust the distance between upper/lower
rollers for different thickness of sheet.

4. Hydraulic cutter:
The hydraulic cutter model is stop to cut, Post cut. There is no waste piece final product after cut actions. When cutter is working, line also needs to be stopped. Complete line starts again after cut action is finished.
1) The cutting blade material is Cr12 with quenched treatment.
2) The power of cutting is provided by motor
3) The cutter can cut the final products on confirmed length, and the length is
automatically fixed by coder.

5. Final products rack (4 meters):
Two parts, total length is 4 meters. It is used to collect the final product and final products automatically. When final product plate is out of cutter device, operator can move away final plates soon.
This rack can be disassembled easily, in order to satisfy different working condition requirements.
6. Hydraulic station:
Complete line includes few hydraulic stations, they are working separately. .It supplies the power for the hydraulic decoiler, decoiler car and cutter.

7. PLC Control System:
This system uses Mitsubishi PLC to control all working actions. Production quantity and each piece length will be automatically measured; human and machine interface, touch screen is inputting and canceling the working data. It is convenient to control the Roll Forming Machine.
The control panel has English operation interface, it is convenient to operator to input and cancel working date.
