Components and Function for the Sheet metal rolling forming machine systems
1.Cantilevered Hydraulic expansion uncoiler:
The machine adopts cantilevered type structure; it mainly consists of frame, cantilevered hydraulic axis, and transmission system, hydraulic system and PLC control system, with the function of loading and unloading coils.
2.Coil Feeding Equipment
This feeding device is to fix the sheet, ensure the sheet at right place. There is left&right guiding system which could be adjusted through the screw. The steel sheet is manually fed to the leveling equipment under the function of friction and traction
The system is combined by forward and back rollers and leveling .There are 3 rollers up and 4 rollers down. It`s to make the steel strip go into the cutting equipment flatly and straightly, which ensures the controller measures the size of steel strip precisely and the feature of flat and straight purlin production.
It consists of punching frame, hole moulding. It`s flat punching system, punching before the C-purlin forming.
The length and blocks can be set by the buyer through the control panel, when reach the set length, the machine will cut the panel automatically. The cutting is finished under the power of hydraulic station which guarantees the precision of cutting. The style of pre-forming cutting saves the raw material, moreover, it avoids the disadvantage of replacing the cutting mould when make different specific purlin
6.Roll forming system
The main frame of machine is welded separately and the outside wall is connected by screw after being rotted blasted on the surface. The rollers are surface-chrome plated after being machined by the exact machine tool.
High technical requirements: adopt two motors supply power in order to meet the pre-cutting requirement
It supplies the initial power to the cuter through a closed oil tank. It is off without cutting, which can save the power.
9.PLC Control Panel
The electric controlling system of this machine consists of five parts: operating system, screen, PLC, transducer and strong electricity part. The controlling system of this machine is imported from Mitsubishi Company of Japan. The system uses modularized structure and has convenient, reasonable, canonical wiring arrangement, and its maintenance is quite easy. The independent operating console facilitates the mutual dialogue between the operator and the machine. The operation is easy and steady and can choose operation by manual or automatically.
It supports the finished panels. The quantity we supply is 2 pieces with length 2000mm; it can support panels with 10000mm at normal condition.
